We are searching for a Team Leader - Housekeeping to perform diversified duties both within and in support of the Environmental Services department including but not limited to: assist the Manager in the coordination of workers engaged in maintaining the hospital in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition, etc. Prepare daily staff assignments and assume responsibility for monitoring and recording staff competency.Provide direct supervision of assigned Environmental Services personnel and daily operational activities. Duties normally involve supervisory responsibility for over thirty (30) personnel.

• Hours: 40 hours (full time)
• Shift: Day Shift 7:00am-3:30pm w/weekend and holiday rotation
• Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital, 363 Highland Avenue, Fall River

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in a related field or the equivalent knowledge and experience required.
• Position responsibilities require good inter-personal and organization skills.
• Working knowledge of software applications, i.e. Meditech, GroupWise, Excel, Word and Bed Tracking database.
• A minimum of one year related experience required.

*Eligible for up to $1,000 sign on bonus (pro-rated for control hours)
