Overview

The Implementation Requirements Analyst (IRA) is responsible for capturing and defining technical requirements for new client implementations/upgrades. The IRA transitions these technical requirements and system knowledge to the Ongoing Team.

Responsibility Areas
  • Defines and documents detailed technical requirements (e.g., data, system foundation, interface) by reviewing source documents (Statement of Work, existing interface layouts, existing system documentation) and identifying and extracting relevant technical information. Maintains technical requirements documents by updating changes, tracking open issues, and notifying internal teams of changes
  • Assists Domain Manager in:
    • The integration of data and systems requirements to ensure efficient solutions across all domains
    • The determination of whether the technical requirements can be accommodated within the system
    • The communication and documentation of any technology-related scope changes (e.g., change orders)
  • Actively participates in technical requirements meetings with client
  • Gathers and tracks relevant information regarding potential system issues and works with the Domain Manager to resolve the issues
  • Serves as primary resource to internal team, Shared Services, and supporting services in the translation of technical requirements
  • Participates in analysis discussions to ensure the requirements match the expectations of the client
  • Reviews education materials for the call center
  • Supports and manages the planning of user and acceptance testing for internal and external processing
  • Transitions requirements knowledge by actively participating in requirements hand-off meetings with the various control account teams and acting as a resource for questions during the transition

Formal Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree

Work Conditions
  • Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines
  • Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time
  • Access information using a computer and related components and peripherals
  • Participation in training sessions, presentations, and meetings
  • Some travel may be required for the purpose of client meetings for requirements planning and training (less than 10%)

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

65,600 USD

Maximum :

104,100 USD
