Administrative Customer Support

The Administrative Customer Support position is the first point of contact on the phone and in person at our Main Street location and is responsible for providing exceptional service for all locations. This role requires ability to handle customer inquiries in a friendly, professional manner, remain aware of surroundings to be sure every customer is greeted and taken care of, proactively getting tasks done and providing timely administrative support to various departments.

Accurately and efficiently performs various duties by:


  • Welcoming and friendly relationships with customers to provide an extraordinary experience
  • Answering telephones, questions and directing callers to appropriate branch colleagues
  • Providing timely administrative support to various departments
  • Aiding bankers in servicing requests whenever possible
  • Sorting and distributing mail to appropriate areas
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing a variety of correspondence, records and information making sure the appropriate colleagues receives timely
  • Processing large print jobs by folding and stuffing envelopes
  • Maintaining reception area in an organized fashion
  • Completing assigned compliance training timely


Provides administrative support by:


  • Following up on required documents to confirm timely receipt as needed
  • Examining documentation for accuracy, completeness and signatures where applicable
  • Following up on outstanding documents to ensure file completion as appropriate
  • Managing filing, documents, incoming mail, business correspondence and any other time sensitive items
  • Maintaining confidential and general files in an orderly, secure fashion
  • Keeping track of daily tasks and performing duties in an accurate, timely manner
  • Proactively prepares for upcoming deadlines, tasks
  • Understanding and complying with all applicable compliance requirements for duties assigned


SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Assists with the general office housekeeping including but not limited to stocking supplies and general office cleaning
  • Seeks ways to streamline services / workflow to improve efficiencies
  • Assists other branch locations as requested
  • Other duties as assigned
