Position: Inside Sales Representative

Department: Ticket Sales

Reporting Relationship: Manager, Inside Sales

Status: Temporary/Seasonal (Non-Exempt)

Compensation: Hourly rate plus commission

Duration: 12 months

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business through selling our variety PSL ticket options and single game experiences. The position is also responsible for developing strong client relationships with new and existing customers to ensure we are providing the best game day experience.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for generating revenue through selling PSLs, Season Tickets, Group Tickets, Premium experiences and more.
  • Responsible to proactively work inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Develop and enhance relationships with current PSL owners
  • Responsible for representing the Carolina Panthers at local events, sales tables, concerts at Bank of America Stadium, and more.
  • Exceed daily cold call and face to face meeting goals to generate new business
  • Exceed ticket sales goals issued by the organization



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree required
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work unpredictable hours on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong ability to quickly and effectively establish rapport and build new relationships
  • Willingness to learn, receive coaching and be competitive
  • Ability to confidently deliver information, analysis and recommendations to prospective customers
  • Strong individual organization, time-management and communication skills
  • Passion for the sports industry, with a strong desire to build a career in sports business


  • Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information with carefully and with sensitivity.
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings



Physical Requirements



  • Sitting at a desk and computer for long periods of time.
  • Walking throughout the facility, sometimes for an extended period.
