Description
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus! The Home for Little Wanderers seeks a Registered Nurse/Medication Administration Program Nurse Monitor for The Home at Walpole. The Home at Walpole is a residential treatment placement for adolescent youth who need specialized treatment as they heal from the traumatic events that have shaped their young lives. Youth who live on the campus are part of a greater community which includes Clifford Academy, a Massachusetts Chapter 766 Special Education School. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Program Director, the Registered Nurse will provide nursing care and manage the ongoing health care of residential clients in assigned program(s). The Registered Nurse will also provide additional duties identified in the state contracts and will function in the role of "Nurse Monitor" as part of the Medication Administrative Program (MAP).
