As a Lead Program Manager of Executive and Equity Compensation at RXO, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, implementation, and execution of the executive rewards program which includes the administration of the long-term incentive plan. This will include the advanced analytics of executive compensation and assisting in the analysis and development of materials related to the Board's compensation committee and all SEC filings such as the CD&A portion of the proxy report. It also includes the day-to-day management of the global equity incentive plan.

This role falls in the human resources organization and will report to the total rewards organization.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead benchmarking and analytics for executive short- and long-term incentive plans and other reward programs for our top executives.
  • Partner and consult with senior leadership and key business partners including finance, legal, and human resources.
  • Develop models to drive and advise on strategy and new executive and equity program designs.
  • Manage and prepare external reporting requirements including the proxy and other SEC filings.
  • Assist in the planning and development of materials for the compensation committee meetings.
  • Stay current on executive & equity compensation trends and provide recommendations to the HR leadership team on executive rewards practices.
  • Administer the global equity plan and maintain all aspects of the equity management system (Morgan Stanley Shareworks), including new grants, vest event processing and settlement, terminations, and demographics data file transfers from HR/Payroll systems to vendor equity management system.
  • Reconcile and perform auditing procedures relating to equity transactions to ensure accuracy and quality control in the equity management system.
  • Coordinate with Legal to maintain the insider and preclearance window periods and process.
  • Develop and facilitate communications and education opportunities for executives.
  • Implement process procedures and documentation on executive & equity compensation plans and identify and present recommendations for process improvements.
  • Cross-train with other team members in all aspects of the HR Total Rewards functions.

What you'll need to excel:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience or military experience.
  • 4 years of equity plan administration experience in a publicly traded U.S. company.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including strong MS Excel skills.

It'd be great if you also have:

  • 5+ years of executive compensation experience in a publicly traded U.S. company.
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or in the process of obtaining.
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS/payroll systems (SAP/SuccessFactors).
  • Working knowledge of web-based equity management systems (Morgan Stanley Shareworks and Fidelity).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CD&A proxy reports, boardroom presentations, and various types of executive & equity programs.
  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems.
  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a team environment.
