As a Lead Program Manager of Executive and Equity Compensation at RXO, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, implementation, and execution of the executive rewards program which includes the administration of the long-term incentive plan. This will include the advanced analytics of executive compensation and assisting in the analysis and development of materials related to the Board's compensation committee and all SEC filings such as the CD&A portion of the proxy report. It also includes the day-to-day management of the global equity incentive plan. This role falls in the human resources organization and will report to the total rewards organization.
