Responsibilities Schedule and cancel patient appointments at request of physicians, referring physicians, clinical staff and patients. Enter authorization numbers and generate new referral requests for future office visits. Reschedule patients from the bump list. Create and update accounts in EPIC. Create appointment notes accurately in EPIC. Ability to look up payment history on patient accounts. Qualifications Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED Preferred Job Requirements 1 - 3 years medical office experience
