Krispy Kreme's 3rd Party Distribution Analyst coordinates the process relationship Krispy Kreme's Third-Party Distribution Partners.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Develop and maintain a positive, working relationship with 3rd party distribution partners daily contacts at the corporate and center levels. Foster a positive environment with the 3rd party distribution partners in support of KK company vision, mission, and cultural objectives
  • Act as the key point of contact between the KK Distribution Team and the 3rd Party Distributors for invoice discrepancies:
  • Work daily with the DSR team, KK Accounts Payable, and 3rd parties to ensure order discrepancies are researched and resolved in a timeline manner to avoid late payments and aging of accounts.
  • Provide weekly status update so stakeholders are clear on needed actions and to prevent rework.
  • Create reports that enable the KK business to effectively manage the 3rd party distributors related to past due invoices and other service-related matters.
  • Work closely with KK Procurement and KK Customer Service teams to help resolve problems and ensure products and services are inventoried, shipped, and delivered to KK shops on a timely basis. Specific focus and reporting around Limited Time Offers (LTOs) required.
  • Communicate with manager, DSR team, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, Innovation and to the 3rd parties any issues and circumstances that will impact KK supply chain.
  • Create a structured communication process that drives consistent, accurate status updates for each LTO or initiative, allowing teams to see exceptions and act quickly to close gaps.
  • Create and maintain the "source of truth" for shop and DC LTO inventory allocations, shared between Operations, Supply Chain, and 3rd Parties.
  • Create and distribute accurate reporting around LTO inventory orders, deliveries, and exceptions before, during, and after each LTO.
  • Track timelines and risks related to LTO success, documenting specific issues and related actions. Keep internal and external teams aligned on gap closure activities and escalate risks when necessary.
  • Maintain lead time integrity and identify risks to lead times, escalating for resolution when necessary.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement ideas as it pertains to 3rd Party Distribution processes
  • Create and distribute service level reporting, allowing Supply Chain teams to effectively identify and resolve issues that impact company performance. Examples include:
  • 3rd Party Fill Rate Report
  • 3rd Party Credit Report
  • 3rd Party Inventory Report
  • Work with Supply Chain and IT teams to enhance reporting, automating where possible to drive quicker issue identification and resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • B.A. or B.S. Degree preferred
  • Excellent Excel skills with experience with reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) preferred
  • Experience in customer service or replenishment planning a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Team oriented, ability to work effectively with cross functional teams, including influencing behavior across the organization.
