The Shih lab carries out research on improving transformation and developing synthetic biology tools for improving bioenergy crops within the Plant Biosystems Design group at the Joint BioEnergy Institute. This project is a highly collaborative effort consisting of a team of researchers located at UC Berkeley and the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Responsibilities:
