What You Need:
  • Strong Knowledge of Saleforce.com and/or Salesforce.com administration certification preferred

  • In-depth knowledge of critical sales business systems like Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Dataloader.io, Atlassian (Jira), BI tools and CPQ, etc.

  • Experience working within an inside Sales organization. SMB or high-transactional, subscription-based sales experience preferred

  • Strong ability to manage large data sets and experience using data in excel

  • Acute attention to detail

  • Strong change management skills

  • Superior written and verbal communications

  • Knowledge of existing sales practices and methodologies

  • Experience in convenience retail, petroleum, CPG or similar industry preferred

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our SMB + Partnerships Sales team. A Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the inside sales organization's operations, processes, and systems. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operations of the sales team and partnerships motion by providing analytical insights, optimizing processes, and implementing tools, reporting and technologies.

What You'll Do:
  • Create sales and revenue forecasts using pipeline analysis, booking estimates and key sales performance indicators
  • Create churn forecasts, assist in churn mitigation efforts, strategies and insights
  • Provide guidance to the sales teams by developing a well-structured sales process and implementing solutions based on analysis
  • Assist in management of billing systems as it relates to revenue and churn analysis
  • Responsible for handling and managing the workflow of organizational sales processes across different systems and CRMs, enabling operations to go smoothly and ensuring the implementation of sales strategies to further growth and scalability
  • Gather and organize data and generate deeper customer insight to enhance sales force productivity and efficiency
  • Lead Salesforce.com analytics and reporting resource for the sales organization
  • Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Designs new processes by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
  • Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming teams; and establishing budgets.
  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
  • Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Makes recommendations to improve business results.
