Your Role With Us:Provides project and planning support that includes, but is not limited to: meeting documentation, meeting set up, scheduling resources, compiling information, administrative tasks.Participate in projects as a team member with responsibilities for specific portions. Serves as a general department resources for administrative duties as needed (ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, etc.) Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Parkview Family Lodge. This includes processing new reservations, maintaining the reservation calendar and ordering supplies. Manages the organization key inventory. Tracks key assignments and distributes keys. Processes furniture repairs. Monitors intake space for new repair needs and coordinates with vendors to process repair needs. Strongly Preferred: One year healthcare or facilities planning experience. Must have prior experience working with vendors and end users.Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office-related applications and/or similar computer applications. Maintains consistency and accuracy under pressure. Must have the ability to hold information in confidence. Must have strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work with a high degree of independence and to determine when to act independently and when to involve others in decisions. Handles authority naturally and rationally. Proven experience creating spreadsheets, maintain databases and drafting professional correspondence. Attention to detail. Ability to make judgements in demanding situations and understand when it is appropriate to escalate issues. Ability to react to frequent changes in duties and volumes of work. Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities. Ability to work in a team environment and to collaborate with a variety of professionals.
