Monitors the extension of key account credit lines and releases orders in accordance with established policies, practices, and procedures in a timely and efficient manner. Works with customer portals to gain insight and communicate with customers. Maximizes collection efforts to improve cash flow. Manages significant volume of transactions often requiring complicated account reconciliations. Investigates customer short payments and analyzes claims for validity.
