The Opportunity: The Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for supporting research information systems as part of the Graduate and Research IT (GRIT) team in the Office of Research. Primary responsibilities include supporting the university's electronic research administration system, the Huron Research Suite (HRS). The analyst serves as a liaison between various stakeholders, including business users, management, and IT teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. This position provides systems administration and support by managing help desk tickets submitted by end-users reporting system issues and/or submitting enhancement requests. The Analyst is also responsible for supporting system upgrades. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to effectively interact with multiple groups of business stakeholders with diverse priorities. This position also collaborates with GRIT's Reporting and Analytics team to create and manage reports for business stakeholders (Please note: this is not a data analyst position). Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219. Preferred Qualifications:
