To provide timely and accurate project planning and financial controls to internal management and external customer in support of OTECH Operations and US Government Contracts. Duties & Responsibilities
* Take the lead in proposal development to include analysis of the RFP, support proposal manager to generate the work breakdown structure and basis of estimate and coordinate and produce cost volume. Qualifications
REQUIRED * Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or other relevant degree plus five to ten years US Government Contracting experience, or twelve plus years equivalent relevant experience. DESIRED * Earned Value management experience or desire to learn. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional Information
