Job Summary:

The Product Owner is responsible for assisting in the acceleration of large scale, enterprise wide transformation at Allstate. This position works with the Program Manager to oversee execution and analytics/reporting to achieve desired results across the transformation portfolio. This position will collaborate closely with senior leaders across the enterprise to drive change and understand transformation progress through all phases of the transformation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect and analyze data and insights by proactively engaging with workstream groups, leveraging results and make preliminary recommendations to inform the long-term impacts of new or anticipated progress/strategies

* Work collaboratively with other team members both within and outside the transformation team to connect dots and integrate workstreams/initiatives as needed

* Actively build strong relationships across the enterprise to facilitate coordination and alignment between the transformation team and other areas across the business

* Partner closely with the Transformation Acceleration Team Program Manager to support the implementation and refinement of the integrated transformation plan which includes prioritization and coordination of workstreams with urgency and accountability for results

* Proactively identify risks, design mitigation/contingency strategies and execute to avoid issues, escalating to Program Manager and Director of the Transformation Acceleration Team (as needed)

* Assist in the development and establishment of standard governance and execution structures required to accelerate progress

* Collaborate with key partners to track progress and prepare communication of status on a regular basis to share with all impacted parties

* Provide thought leadership by performing data analysis and research and synthesizing the information into exhibits, artifacts and communications

* Ensure achievement of the transformation within and across execution teams by clearly communicating objectives and coordinating milestone check ins based on consistent governance and management standards

* Independently structure, analyze, synthesize and present findings with minimum direction

Education and Experience:
  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Experience in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
  • Preferred experience incall center workflow and software delivery
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

* No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.

* Intermediate critical thinking and holistic problem-solving skills including the ability to structure, analyze, and resolve complex problems quickly and easily

* Proven track record of delivering excellent results aligned with strategic objectives that are measurable and sustainable

* Ability to work as part of a team, communicate and foster collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization to maximize the achievement of business outcomes

* Intermediate ability to influence others, structuring and presenting documents to effectively communicate with and inspire trust of cross-functional partners and mid-level management to drive alignment and decision making

* Adapts quickly to changing environments and helps others adapt

* Able to think discriminately and see underlying concepts and patterns, forecast complex resource needs and recognize risks and the broader implications of decisions across the enterprise; Considers multiple solutions and understands the impact on enterprise goals

* Ability to proactively plan to achieve results in line with an organization s short and long-term goals

* Advanced in Microsoft Office suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project)

Compensation offered for this role is$84,500.00-$149,750.00 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.
