The ARH Development Resources and Applications Section oversee the administration and distribution of state and federal resources, as well as the conduit of private investment for housing development in the State. This role will provide programmatic, technical, and administrative support for the Development Resources and Application Section. As a member of the team, they are responsible for administrative tasks that ensure a smooth process of funding offerings, reviews, award recommendations for the development of housing projects. Interpret, coordinate, and gather information from section staff for reporting and compliance with state and federal funding programs including the US Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This position ensures overall maintenance of the Section's database or other tracking system for housing funding and production, prepares reports and analysis of activities upon request, and is a liaison to the public, other state agencies, local governments, sponsors and Department staff. Assists the Section managers, other team members, and overall section with operations and activities. This position will also perform administrative research, analysis, evaluation, interpretation of the laws, administrative rules, policies, procedures, implements steps based on these requirements to ensure efficient flow of information, funding activities, reporting and overall Section operations.
