Job Description

SUMMARY
Assist management with administrative duties associated operating the night shift, providing support in the areas of auditing, inventory, and invoicing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Work with the outbound and RF monitor, which schedules the work on a daily basis
• Organize the passing out of pick tickets in a timely manner
• Perform computer input in reports daily.
• Provide typing and filing assistance to overall operations areas.
• Rectify and resolve inventory variances.
• Prepare Bills of Lading and invoice packets for all outbound shipments.
• Prepare dispatch reports and schedules on computer.
• Assist Night Supervisors with various administrative tasks and auditing activities.
• Document pallet counts for LLH
• Verify load quality.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently.
• Must be able to go up and down stairs occasionally.
• Must be able to walk, bend, stand and twist frequently.

External Qualifications

Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent plus 1+ years working in an administrative role. Must have ability to use Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Preferred: Knowledge of SAP is a plus
