Job Description We are currently hiring a part time Inn-Keeper at Dogfish Inn. Oversees all Inn operations including housekeeping, front desk, buildings and grounds maintenance, staff, guest services, and finances. What You'll Brew: Oversees all day-to-day Inn operations Keeps up-to-date on general hotel operations, trends, and forecasts Oversees all operational policies and procedures Responsible for ordering housekeeping and merchandise products Creates and manages budget, codes invoices and bills to appropriate budgets, and manages inn rates Oversees all training of new coworkers Manages a fluctuating staff to accommodate seasonal demands of Inn Drives exceptional guest experience Manages relationships with all sub-contractors: plumbing, buildings and grounds, electricity, linens, etc. Builds and cultivates relationships with local businesses, government and community members Collaborates with Dogfish Community Relations and Marketing teams to participate in and/or have a presence at local events What Ingredients You'll Bring: Minimum Qualifications: 4 year/Bachelor's Degree 7+ years of customer service or hospitality experience Level: 5M In accordance with pay transparency lawsthe pay rate for this role if hired is $18 per hour.
