Sales Support

Summary:

Support of Account Managers in day to day activities as needed. Also assist VP in coordination of national and region events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support Account Managers with day to day activities as needed. These include sample entry and supporting customer request such as providing documents, quotations, regulatory request, order follow up while assigned Account Managers are traveling for business. This may also be needed for additional account managers while on vacation or out on leave.

  • Lead and support event coordination for national and regional events include trade shows, technical days and sales meetings. Coordinate with Brand Specialist, Marketing, VP, and regional team members as needed.

  • Assist as a booth coordinator and anchor for national trade shows

  • Back up Sales Coordinator and Sales Assistant as needed.

  • Support when and where needed for Executive and Sales Teams to help grow our business.

Education and Experience:

  • 2 or more years work experience with job responsibilities similar to or related to the above listed duties and responsibilities.

  • 4-year technical degree or commensurate experience
