In this role, you will:



  • Demonstrate outstanding delivery execution for the client.
  • Lead and contribute simultaneously.
  • Lead a team comprised of associates to provide value to the client.
  • Provide daily account management for one or more clients.
  • Identify opportunities for Centric to develop new business and contribute to the identification, pursuit and closing of new opportunities.
  • Seek opportunities to expand own sphere of influence through networking, knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Build and monitor project level communication, quality and change management strategies.
  • Produce project documentation and project plans in consideration of client standards.
  • Provide support and oversight of implementation through project completion.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, margins, and contracted deliverables.
  • Facilitate client meetings to review current state of projects, issues, additional needs, and answer questions.
  • Use management consulting experience to recommend best practices and advise the client on strategic decisions.
  • Successfully manage delivery of end-to-end HCM projects and manage client expectations.
  • Create and manage to roadmap project plan, manage day-to-day monitoring tasks and activities, and initiate corrective action where necessary to keep the project on track
  • Manage the contract based on the agreed scope defined in the Statement of Work, manage scope creep, and ensure change requests are called out, agreed upon, and impacted against the timeline.
  • Continually assess action items, risks, and issues maintaining risk and issue logs and contingency plans
  • Prepare and deliver reporting and escalate any issues, as appropriate, on time.
  • Develop and maintain a backlog of product enhancements to meet tactical needs and strategic goals.
  • Provide counseling & coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams.
  • Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process.


Who you are:



  • 8 years of relevant Workday/UKG/Simplr HCM experience
  • 3 years of experience leading HCM projects and workstreams
  • Experience with leading at least 2-3 end-to-end Workday/UKG/Simplr HCM implementation projects.
  • Workday HCM or Workday EM/PM Certified is preferred.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.
