POSITION: Maintenance Specialist

DEPARTMENT: Facilities (Ozanam and Gillis Campus)

PAY RATE: $19.00 - $21.00 per Hour

SIGN ON BONUS: $500 payable after 90 days of continuous employment

RESPONSIBILITIES: Works under the supervision of Maintenance Manager to maintain high standards for all facilities, offices, common areas, and residential areas in accordance with the policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1 to 3 years of experience. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
