To support the business efforts of all Maritz operating units and tenants in a cost effective, high value, and affordable manner. This position will be primarily be a full time painter for jobs around the Maritz campus.
Primary Responsibilities
Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent work experience 2. Two- four years professional painting experience in a corporate environment 3. Valid Class E Driver's License 5. Ability to work well with others using good communication skills 6. Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects 7. Safety oriented and knowledgable 8. Self-starter and able to work independently on projects 9. Ability to stand for long periods of time, climb up and down on a ladder, ability to carry and lift items, and to be around paint and paint supplies. Ability to stand, lift and bend.; All required as a major part of this role.
