Job Description

MISSION:

To assist the Safety department by cleaning and maintaining
facilities and equipment.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Maintenance Helper
Objective: To maintain plant facilities in a clean, orderly
manner.

Essential Job Functions:

A. Maintains cleanliness and organization in common plant
areas.

B. Paints & tape equipment and facilities.

C. Assists with hazardous material handling.

D. Clean & organize to improve facilities appearance. (6S
program)

E. Assemble and install general basic equipment.
Other (Marginal) Job Functions)

A. Maintains cleaning and other supplies; provides orders
to supervisor.

2. Safety

Objective: To take responsibility for and demonstrate safe
work practices.

Essential Job Functions:

A. Adheres to plant and department safety rules.

B. Safely operates all equipment and tools.

C. Identifies and reports safety problems.

D. Work with hazardous waste.

OTHER (MARGINAL) ACCOUNTABILITIES

3. Performs other tasks as assigned.

ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT, VEHICLES, TOOLS AND/OR MACHINERY USED:

1. Forklift

2. Mop and bucket

3. Vacuum

4. Broom and dustpan

5. Scrubber

6. Step ladder

7. Painting equipment

TRAINING:

1. Training is provided on the job.

2. Completion of PCC's Forklift Driving Safety Certification
Training required.

3. May be required to complete hazardous waste management
training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

2. Physical ability to perform the essential job functions.

3. Valid driver's license in order to drive PCC vehicles.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $19.25 to $28.75 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To be qualified to work in this facility, a successful applicant must be a U.S. Person, as defined in those regulations, and able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a specific license or permission from the relevant government agency.
