About This Role:



The Program Project Assistant position performs and oversees a variety of customer service functions related to ticket services for theatre events. Provides day-to-day contact, interaction, and problem resolution to ticket-buying customers.

What You'll Need to Succeed:



Minimum Qualifications:
* Requires a high school diploma

* Two years of relevant experience working in customer service and/or client relations

Preferred Qualifications:

* College degree * Basic accounting and supervision knowledge
* Ticket sales experience/working with ticketing system
* Knowledge of basic first aid
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
* Experience with cashiering/cash handling
* Effective writing and oral communications
* Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
* Supervising staff
* Fast-paced decision making

Other Requirements:

* Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
