Job Title: UX Researcher/Designer

Department & Team: Engagement & Experience, Customer Success Digital Transformation

Job Reports to: Senior Director, Customer Success Digital Transformation

Location: Anywhere, USA

Summary

As a UX Researcher/Designer on the Customer Success Digital Transformation (CSDT) team, you will be presented with an important opportunity to innovate by studying and researching project challenges, cultivating curiosity, ideating and collaborating with talented cross-functional minds, designing the right things (using design thinking principles with an emphasis on user testing), and designing the things right. Product-supporting sites are your initial focus, including knowledge, support, and the online community.

You are joining one other UX team member on the CSDT team and with that responsibility comes the opportunity to collaborate and help create your UX team culture. You value the opportunity to share and be generous with what you know, with the goal of bolstering collective successes. Strong communication skills, a creative mindset supported by design thinking principles, and the drive to achieve and celebrate results as a team are critical in this role.

Responsibilities/Job Duties
  • Work cross-functionally with product owners, UX, program managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders

  • Research and incorporate best practices

  • Conduct discovery and design sprint workshops

  • Create wireframes and hi-resolution designs for web and mobile

  • Conduct usability testing and user interviews

  • Design visuals, layouts, and web interactions

  • Clearly communicate and demonstrate design proposals and evangelize solutions

  • Keep current with evolving design trends, technologies, and best practices

  • Provide and accept feedback empathetically and respectfully

Qualifications
  • 5+ years proven experience designing for both web and mobile, for a global audience

  • Experience with whiteboarding, wireframing, and prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro

  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud and other industry-standard creative tools

  • Experience with online testing solutions such as Maze and UserTesting

  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Thorough understanding of usability testing, user-centered design, and design thinking best practices

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills

  • Experience working in cross-functional environments

  • Must be willing to travel up to 15%

  • Ability to travel internationally

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$84,950.00 - $166,750.00
