Job Title: UX Researcher/Designer Department & Team: Engagement & Experience, Customer Success Digital Transformation Job Reports to: Senior Director, Customer Success Digital Transformation Location: Anywhere, USA SummaryAs a UX Researcher/Designer on the Customer Success Digital Transformation (CSDT) team, you will be presented with an important opportunity to innovate by studying and researching project challenges, cultivating curiosity, ideating and collaborating with talented cross-functional minds, designing the right things (using design thinking principles with an emphasis on user testing), and designing the things right. Product-supporting sites are your initial focus, including knowledge, support, and the online community. You are joining one other UX team member on the CSDT team and with that responsibility comes the opportunity to collaborate and help create your UX team culture. You value the opportunity to share and be generous with what you know, with the goal of bolstering collective successes. Strong communication skills, a creative mindset supported by design thinking principles, and the drive to achieve and celebrate results as a team are critical in this role. Compensation: This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
