*Position is remote but open to residents of Ohio only. Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio is seeking mission-minded Associates to join us as full time (37.5 per week) Regional Lead Practice Manager. The Lead Practice Manager is responsible for implementing, evaluating and monitoring of fiscal and programmatic goals for the Practice Managers that is consistent with the Director of Health Services and the Health Services Leadership Team. This person will have individual and joint responsibility for the overall operation of the health centers assigned. This includes direct supervision of Practice Managers, as well as assisting the Director of Health Services with the indirect supervision of health center support staff. The Lead Practice Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Health Services, to maintain the performance of clinical services and assure compliance with Federal and State laws, regulations, and policies.
