We are Canteen.* Job Summary: We're looking for an intellectually curious, business-savvy, analytical powerhouse to join the Canteen Pacific Division as a Senior Business Insights Analyst! This is a highly visible role that will report directly to the Division President. The person will synthesize complex data to deliver business insight and strategic guidance to help drive our business forward. Responsibilities: * Analyze large, complex data sets representing the behavior of millions of retail consumers to address strategic and operational business questions * Distill and communicate key insights across all levels of the organization * Develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to institutionalize findings * Work closely with internal teams, using data to drive continuous improvement in our execution * Develop strategic pricing plans * Work with regional leaders to deliver ad-hoc analyses ad-hoc analyses and performance reporting, ensuring product compliance & optimization * Establish and maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure data quality and reliability * Create and deliver advanced predictive analytics vision that will advance our revenue management capabilities Qualifications: * BA/BS in finance/accounting/economics * 3+ years of business analytics experience, preferably in a retail environment * Expert ability in Excel required; SQL/Python/Tableau preferred * Demonstrated excellence in using large data sets to summarize key findings to less quantitatively sophisticated users * Deep experience in aggregating, manipulating, and visualizing data into actionable insights * Expertise with designing atheistically pleasing dashboards and reports * Ability to work independently with ability to take initiative and prioritize workloads * Ability to cope in a dynamic & changeable environment in a calm and professional manner * Ability to travel up to 50% Apply to Canteen today!
