Overview:

ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Project Coordinator role will be supporting the project managers with multiple project teams of 3-20 people and will be responsible for procurement management. This includes ordering, tracking, and reporting on open deliverables, meeting with Construction Teams to schedule upcoming work, and managing status updates on project SharePoint page. This full-time position is located in Portland, OR.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the generation, transmission and distribution project management team with executing capital construction projects, starting with a communications project.
  • Coordinate with several project teams to gather information about project status and lead efforts to gather scope from engineering teams.
  • Heavy focus on data management, document coordination, and follow up with project team members.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or commensurate experience
  • 1 - 5 years of experience (project coordination and/or construction experience preferred)
  • Experience with Excel required
  • Experience with PowerPoint required
  • Experience with Visio required
  • Experience with SharePoint or other document management system
  • Strong data management and organization
  • Learning mindset
  • Proactive communicator
  • Problem solving
  • SharePoint or other document management system
