AES Clean Energy (AES) is looking for a highly motivated Analyst to join our Land Acquisition team. As part of this team, you will have a key role in supporting the initiation, growth, and implementation of solar and storage projects nationwide. This is an outstanding chance to contribute to top-notch renewable energy initiatives and have a meaningful influence on the energy landscape of tomorrow.

Location: Salt Lake City, UT, San Diego, CA, Louisville, CO, or remote

Responsibilities:
  • Create maps and exhibits for landowner outreach and real estate contracts
  • Support data management in the company CRM
  • Assist with project documentation and contract management
  • Offer assistance in managing pipelines and monitoring important performance indicators
  • Help improve team processes through data management
  • Prioritize work duties in alignment with AES values and goals
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with landowners and vendors
  • Process Master Services Agreements and Task Orders related to land management functions
  • Collaborate with the Land Acquisition and Strategic Development Team to align land strategy with AES's overall development plan
Qualifications:
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with real estate or legal documents
  • Record of accomplishment in helping to coordinate land campaign budgets and project timelines
  • Undergraduate degree in business, project/construction management, real estate, GIS or equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, QuickBase, Box, Microsoft Teams, ArcGIS, and Google Earth
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
