About This Role:

The College of Business Instructional Support Department is seeking a qualified individual to serve in the Academic Student Services Manager position. This position monitors and oversees the administration of the MBA/MSDA Program and provides direction and communication to support the Instructional Support Department and Academic Student Services unit. This position will be responsible to conduct assessments in order to design improvements to the MSDA program with the goal of growing the MSDA program through better recruitment, marketing, and retention. This position will work to ensure that staff and students have an understanding of programs that are available.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
|
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Three years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business or related discipline
- Comprehensive experience and knowledge in student advising, marketing, and recruitment
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Commitment to understanding one's own experiences and perspectives as well as the experiences and perspectives of diverse others in an effort to cultivate strong relationships and collaboration
- Proficiency in data analysis and program assessment
- Demonstrated leadership in recruitment and marketing initiatives
- Knowledge of higher education trends and best practices in student services
