A little about this position:* To plan, organize, set goals and priorities, and direct the operations of the Lift Operation Department. Responsible for identifying, recording, and monitoring key performance indicators for the department. Directs all Lift Operation activities including all aspects of risk management. Directs, trains, records and monitors operators in all aspects of Lift Operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high attention to detail, goal setting abilities, and a drive to always improve. Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent experience Extensive ski resort management experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook. Effectively present information in one-on-one, small group, and large group situations to employees Demonstrates professionalism, initiative, innovation, and self-motivation. Pay: $92,414.77 - $98,091.21 per year
