E-Commerce Marketing Associate

Worthington Enterprises Consumer Products Marketing Team is looking for a savvy, thoughtful, and agile E-Commerce Associate to oversee our Amazon sales and marketing across our suite of brands. This individual will play a key role in managing and scaling Worthington Enterprises Consumer Product's DTC business through Amazon. Scope of the role will include managing our presence on the Amazon platform, driving sales growth, optimizing product listings, and executing marketing strategies to maximize revenue on Amazon.

Individual will work cross functionally with teams to launch new products and optimize the product catalog, develop, implement, and measure impact of Amazon Advertising campaigns, and own strategy for boosting online sales through tactics including Amazon Promotions, A+ Content, Amazon Storefront, and A/B Testing of Advertising and Content.

The E-Commerce Marketing Associate should have experience with the Amazon Eco-system, including experience with e-commerce working with Amazon Vendor and or Seller relationship.

*Ideally seeking people who are local and can work a hybrid schedule, possible remote if you can travel to the Columbus, OH office on occasion.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets on Amazon
  • Manage advertising strategies, providing dynamic Amazon Advertising and Brand Store Management, tailored to support specific brand objectives
  • Track and report out on Amazon sales KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth across brands
  • Manage agency relationships working in partnership with agency and brand teams to align on KPIs and execute Amazon Advertising and growth strategies
  • Collaborate with the Creative team using data and insights to inform asset creation for compelling content, product pages, and A+ content to enhance the shopping experience and drive conversions
  • Leverage a proactive mindset to draw actionable insights from large and diverse data
  • Work interdepartmentally in partnership with Brand and Analytics teams on forecasting and demand planning process


QUALIFICATIONS



  • 3 -5 plus years' experience in e-commerce and specific experience with Amazon preferably working in-house with ownership of the Amazon channel
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing landscape with experience managing digital marketing facing work specifically analyzing results of digital campaigns, online promotions, and online product placements through Amazon
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing projects.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing or Amazon advertising are a plus.
  • Proficiency in platforms including Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and Amazon Brand Registry
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce tools (e.g., Perpetua, Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Sellics, SEMRush) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
