DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Supports the coordination and execution of large-scale consumer-facing events
  • Tracks established production and execution timelines and tasks and routes materials for reviews and approvals
  • Formulates and contributes to written reports and analysis and assists in presenting to internal marketing and promotion groups
  • Supports live event executions as assigned
  • Contributes to the capturing and approvals for all video/movies and screenshots
  • Handles shipping, receiving, and tracking of all external promotions and events
  • Extensive gameplay experience on all assigned titles
  • Presents, demonstrates, and evaluates video games
  • Demonstrates products to a wide variety of groups and presents product in live demonstrations
  • Up to 10% domestic travel

SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two years of related professional experience preferred
  • In-depth video game knowledge
  • Knowledge of Nintendo products, franchises, and history
  • Strong knowledge of video game industry and video game tournaments and competitions
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

** This is a CONTRACT position

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.

This contract position has a base pay range of $24 - $32 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits may include medical, dental and vision, 401(k), basic/supplemental life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, health and dependent care spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and up to 6 paid holidays per year. All benefits are subject to elections, eligibility requirements, plan and program terms. Benefits offerings will be confirmed at the time of offer by the employing agency, and may differ depending on the employing agency partner.
