Overview

This position is responsible for performing inventory research and analysis to ensure spare parts control standards are being met, and various other administrative duties as needed or assigned to support the airline's Stores and Logistics operation.



Responsibilities

    Under close supervision:
    • Conduct research on owned inventory within current internal holdings and with 3rd party suppliers
    • Develop proposal for improved control processes across the Stores system
    • Perform assigned duties to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for successful performance and project delivery
  • May perform duties such as gathering and organizing data to provide information for other departmental special projects or reports
  • Coordination and follow through to completion on all assigned projects
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned; specific activities vary by assignment


Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in college/university/trade school required with studies or experience in supply chain
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, comfortable with delivering presentations to senior leadership
  • Energetic personality
  • Flexibility to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Proficient in data analysis
  • Must be able to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Hourly Range: $20.50 - $22.50

Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
