SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced individual who is hard working with the ability to excel in a challenging, fast-paced government contractor environment. The position location is near Washington, DC in Arlington, VA. This position is contingent upon award.

Overview

The Scrum master will support 1-2 technical teams moving to agile. Responsible for executing the strategic goals of the Department of the Army's Chief Cyber Acquisition Officer.

Responsibilities:



  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, team standup, sprint review, and sprint retrospect.
  • Work closely with the projects team lead to identify and remove impediments that are negatively affecting the team's ability to deliver value.
  • Manage the teams Agile project management tool and ensuring that the teams progress is transparent to all stakeholders/management.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst in an agile environment
  • 2+ years' experience running scrum ceremonies and sprint stand-ups
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, based on the work you do and the client's requirements
