Vice President, Employee Performance Group

Our Clients & Brand team is seeking interest for a Vice President to join the team. This role will lead our Employee Practice Area and be a member of BIW Strategic Planning and Resource teams. This role will report to our Sr. Vice President, Clients & Brand.

Roles & Responsibilities:



  • Lead our Employee Client Services Team to develop on target solutions, deliver great customer experiences and improve top and bottom-line growth for BIW.
  • Guide proposal development to create winning solutions for our prospects and customers.
  • Work with the team to develop RFP responses that differentiate BIW and win competitive RFPs.
  • Innovate new, compelling solutions for our customers in this market.
  • Actively engage in the discovery, design, and delivery of solutions, including extensive customer involvement.
  • Subject Matter Expert for BIW in the Employee Market. This will include an understanding of employee market buyer needs, industry specific insight and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with all business units as well as BIW Technology, Life Sciences/Healthcare, Automotive, Sales/Channel and Customer Divisions.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach associates.
  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing for the Employee Practice.
  • Contribute to BIW corporate strategies and leadership as acting member of Strategic Planning and Resource teams.
  • Manage P&L for department.

Education/Experience Required:



  • BA/BS degree.
  • Ten years of business and team leadership experience.
  • Understanding of the Employee market.
