Responsibilities Complete physican orders by retrieving orders and completing the necessary steps associated with processing to ensure quality patient outcomes. Assist with inventory control of pharmaceuticals and supplies by replinishing supplies, documenting items to be ordered, and rotating stock to maintain appropriate stock levels. Assist in the maintenance of orderliness and cleanliness of the department. Qualifications Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Texas Registration through the Texas State Board of Pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacy Technician Ability to calculate and compound medication orders Preferred Job Requirements Intravenous Admixture Certification Course through an approved ACPE provider Knowledge of medical terminology Previous pharmacy experience
