SSP America is seeking an IT Data Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. Don't let the title scare you. This is an entry level IT position that will primarily focus on entering data into various systems and maintaining the integrity of point-of-sale software data. Take your front of house point-of-sale experience to the next level by joining the SSP America Information Technology team.

Skills and Requirements

• Previous experience with restaurant point-of-sale, inventory, and reporting systems strongly desired.
• Specific experience with Micros (Oracle) point-of-sale support preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc) required.
• Must be detailed oriented, and focused on providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
