Compensation Range $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience

ABOUT THE JOB

This position manages the risk profile, relationship and monitors performance of operational vendors contracted for the delivery of outsourced services. They will work closely with the risk and operations teams and contracted service providers to assess internal needs and vendor performance. Establishes and monitors service level agreements. This individual will be responsible to audit contractual compliance, solicits feedback from users, and communicates scorecards to vendors. Will also coordinate lifecycle activities such as incident management, compliance audits, software licensing and software/hardware upgrades and maintenance. Performs cost and spend analysis to identify cost effective solutions for existing and future contracts. This position requires a strong technical background and is involved with day-to-day activities surrounding vendor performance. Individuals who work specifically on contract negotiations should be matched to Commercial Contracts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Risk and Compliance



  • Design, interpret and implement vendor risk management policies and procedures throughout the organization.
  • Enhance all vendor management program elements with respect to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
  • Understand laws and regulations that apply to the future growth and strategic direction of the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and participate in the implementation of related action plans.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with Vendors, Customers, Management, External Auditors and Third Parties.
  • Act as an operation and vendor risk subject matter expert to other departments and affiliated companies.
  • Responsible for creation and presentation of all Vendor Risk maters to executive stakeholders.



Project Management



  • Acts as manager for successful completion for all vendor risk profiles pertaining to projects.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews and associated documentation across vendors and contractors.
  • Participate in project due diligence projects inclusive of presentation of all vendor risk management material.



Administrative



  • Represent the Chief Risk Officer throughout the organization, specifically Vendor Risk.
  • Provide support to the Chief Risk Officer and prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and specialized documents.
  • Maintain documentation supporting the compliance risk assessments and business continuation.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Formal Education and Certification



  • Master's Degree or relevant combination of education and experience.



Required Knowledge and Experience



  • 10+ years of professional experience in technology, security and risk management.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate outstanding Microsoft Office Skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).



Preferred Education and Experience



  • Significant experience in program management relevant to technology operations and risk management.
  • Significant experience with technical operations management.
