Description RESPONSIBILITIES: Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain assigned machines and equipment as needed for maximum product quality and operational efficiency Perform Die and Tooling changes according to the schedule Make adjustments to control speed and/or material feed based on the work order schedule Ensure the machine is set up properly and performing work as desired Safely operate Stamping Press Measure and examine all products produced to ensure they meet company and industry standards Monitor and control machines to meet daily and weekly production schedule Complete required quality checks and necessary paperwork daily to meet company and industry standards and regulations Review work orders and prints for work instructions; if instructions are unclear, seek assistance Safely operate powered industrial trucks to perform change-overs and material movement as needed Adhere to all Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and crane operation guidelines and safety procedures Ensuring Safety, Delivery, Quality, and Cost metrics are being met Support 5S initiatives in assigned work areas All other duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
