Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain assigned machines and equipment as needed for maximum product quality and operational efficiency


  • Perform Die and Tooling changes according to the schedule
  • Make adjustments to control speed and/or material feed based on the work order schedule
  • Ensure the machine is set up properly and performing work as desired
  • Safely operate Stamping Press


  • Measure and examine all products produced to ensure they meet company and industry standards
  • Monitor and control machines to meet daily and weekly production schedule


  • Complete required quality checks and necessary paperwork daily to meet company and industry standards and regulations
  • Review work orders and prints for work instructions; if instructions are unclear, seek assistance
  • Safely operate powered industrial trucks to perform change-overs and material movement as needed
  • Adhere to all Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and crane operation guidelines and safety procedures
  • Ensuring Safety, Delivery, Quality, and Cost metrics are being met
  • Support 5S initiatives in assigned work areas
  • All other duties as assigned
