We have an amazing position on first shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) as an Order Picker in our Warehouse located in Port Union, West Chester.

Overtime is mandatory when needed, including Saturdays.

What you will do:



  • Accurately fill customer orders using the pick tickets assigned; consistently follow the correct order picking procedures using the RF (radio frequency) scanner.
  • Verify that the quantity of cases picked matches the customer order pick ticket by following the count-back procedure.
  • Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area on a daily basis to maintain a clean work environment.
  • Consistently meet attendance and productivity requirements, working mandatory overtime as needed.
  • Support and follow all company safety initiatives, policies and procedures as required through company guidelines. Most importantly, embrace and follow requirements for Safety, Quality and 5S.
  • Operate power pallet jacks safely, consistently following requirements for PPE.


What you will need:



  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment with associated material movement equipment
  • Familiarity with RF (Radio Frequency) scanning equipment
  • Demonstrate positive interaction, respect and communication with everyone in the work environment
  • Knowledge of weight distribution to ensure cases are stacked in a stable arrangement on the pallets
  • Ability to lift 35-70 lbs on non-repetitive basis
  • Able to work mandatory overtime
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
