Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Alliances Manager to join our North American Infrastructure Solutions team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in forging and managing strategic partnerships with hardware and software companies to drive mutual growth and deliver exceptional value to our customers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform and prioritize partnership opportunities and strategies.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive alliances strategy to identify, engage, and manage partnerships with hardware and software vendors.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner companies to drive collaboration and alignment on joint initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, sales, marketing, and sales operations, to define partnership objectives, negotiate agreements, and ensure successful execution of joint programs.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, sales enablement programs, and joint customer engagements, to accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on partner products and technologies, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of alliances activities, including pipeline development, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction, and report on key metrics to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or business development roles within the technology industry, with a focus on hardware and software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic alliances with enterprise hardware and software vendors.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure hardware and software technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes through partnerships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
