What You Will Do as a Customer Support Representative: This position serves as Customer Support Representative for all divisions of CritiCore Inc. (Uniform, Transportation, and Allergy). The position is the inside contact for all CritiCore Inc. accounts and works with CritiCore dedicated inside reps covering those accounts. The position interacts with CritiCore employees by entering orders, providing ship dates, resolving issues, issuing samples, issuing Return Authorizations, etc. This position is the internal liaison with other areas of the company (Operations and Finance).
