Role Description: The Senior HR Business Partner for the Petcare business is responsible for partnering with Senior leaders to ensure HR strategies support business needs and objectives. They direct the implementation and prioritization of talent strategies for their assigned business stakeholders and are responsible for delivering organizational change that supports the business' objectives. Additionally, they ensure the HR Business Partners reporting to them develop and execute the HR programs as necessary to meet business needs and with global consistency, where applicable. They partner with the business and HR leaders to establish the talent pipeline for critical positions and enable in-market HR Business Partners in the development of US talent pipelines. The Senior HR Business Partner for Petcare and Portfolio Brand is a member of the Petcare Leadership team and contribute to the forging of the overall business and people strategy. They drive the achievement of the team's strategic goals and the business financial objectives. They are a leader and a role model of outstanding leadership behaviors and the Zoetis core beliefs.
