Mechanical Inspector Final Quality Assurance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing Final Visual Inspection of the interconnect and/or thermal product
• Measure product with Hand-tools; Calipers, Gauges, Dial Indicators, Micrometers, Profilometers, Height Gauges, and Go-No/Go Gauges etc.
• Sets up and operates Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) machine used to produce outgoing products
• Ability to accurately and efficiently gather inspection data and reports out.
• Understand mechanical model, drawing, specifications, and apply the proper inspection plans.
• Ability to discuss inspection results with those responsible for products
