The anticipated salary range for this role is between $98,000.00and $130,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The Compliance Data Governance Operations Associate is a fast-paced role collaborating with the data governance team and subject matter experts across Compliance to assess data sources, identify control gaps and analyze data quality. This individual executes controls, and documents results to capture and track data quality issues contributing to the Compliance team's strategic transformation goals through continuous data quality improvement. They produce clear and easy to understand relevant reports and dashboards, visualizing data quality trends and data usage used for decision making by data and functional owners. This individual contributes significantly to data quality measurement and ensuring data's sustainable use by Compliance functions. This is a junior to mid-level role in the Compliance Department Americas Division (CPAD) Data Governance team. This individual is focused on the assessment and execution of controls, documenting outcomes, ultimately reporting and publishing results to data owners and senior management. They are expected to support data governance adoption including data lineage, data element definitions and issue management resolution. The individual uses various reporting and BI tools to analyze and identify trends. The role supports all areas of Compliance across the Americas and interfaces heavily with Compliance SMEs, ICDAD, Technology oversight (CoE), Technology and key data owners throughout the Americas Division (AD).
