With 8 to 12 years of experience the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our research and development processes ensuring our projects align with business objectives and industry standards. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
