Intrado is looking to hire a VP of Information Security/Servicesto join our team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Information Security/Services to join our leadership team at Intrado. This role will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our information systems and technologies, safeguarding our data assets, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity and data protection strategy aligned with business objectives and industry best practices
  • Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight
  • Establish, enforce, and audit security and data protection policies, standards, and procedures to protect company assets and data
  • Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all aspects of technology and business operations to ensure security/privacy by design
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting thorough investigations and implementing corrective action
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats and trends in cybersecurity, evaluating and implementing new technologies and tools
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance, information security, and to elevate Intrado's overall security posture
  • Prepare and present reports to executive leadership and board of directors on cybersecurity initiatives, risks, and outcomes

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Advanced degree preferred

Experience:

  • 8+ years proven experience in cybersecurity leadership roles, with a track record of successfully managing security programs
  • Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, CIS) and data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, PCI DSS)
  • Strong understanding of networking, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT architectures
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex security and data protection issues into business terms

The hiring range for this position is anticipated between $235,000 and $265,000 and will be commensurate with experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
