The Organizational Consultant is responsible for the execution of divisional and enterprise-wide projects that have a transformative impact on the UC Davis Health organization. The consultant will provide working knowledge of program / project management and process improvement methods and techniques for assessing medium to complex situations or problems, identifying root-cause issues, and implementing improvements. The consultant will work closely with hospital leadership to identify and prioritize projects, and define project expectations including scope, project team, deliverables, and timeline. The consultant must be able to actively engage and work collaboratively with leaders, team members, and other departments / consultants across organization on a regular basis.
